Speaking from experience, all pretty much mid-range units regardless of the "pitch". Acceptable images on "average" size patient. Suboptimal penetration/resolution on larger folks. For the money, I would (and did) choose a fully loaded (cardiology,radiology,vascular) with 3 txdcrs refurbed ATL HDI 3000 for the same if not less $.  FAR superior box IMHO.
