Good numbers of SNOW GEESE continue to be present at Dead Creek     in
Addison as of last weekend. 7 NORTHERN HARRIERS, a dark-morph ROUGH-LEGGED
HAWK, 3 SHORT-EARED OWLS, and 4 lingering AMERICAN PIPITS were also seen in
the vicinity on the 24th.
    Last weekendıs lake watch from Charlotte produced 275 COMMON LOONS on
the 24th, the second highest single day total.
    The seasonıs first NORTHERN SHRIKES were seen in Monkton on the 17th,
and in South Strafford and Clarendon on the 24th.
    A BALD EAGLE was near Orwell Village on the 29th.
