Many species continue to be present in good numbers in the flooded fields of
Cornwall Swamp and along Otter Creek in Leicester. in spite of a pouring
rain that drenched the inside of the car and fogged the scope, today's
sitings, in various lacations were:

Blue Wing Teal
Green Wing Teal
Bufflehead
Scaup (G v L?)
Pied Biled Grebe
Mallard
Canada Geese
possibly the Pintails, but some yahoos came racing through and spooked
everyone!

Also, some large sandpipers, but unable to ID because of the conditions.
Looked like Wimbrels to me, but could have been Greater Yellow Legs (I don't
"do" shore birds very well!)
