are you referring to the Siemens Antares?  I just did a second demo of that machine in my lab.  It is a good all around machine, in other words it is not just limited to being good at vascular or abdomen, but is good for both.  The only thing is that the keyboard will take some getting used to(multiple functions per button with no markings to let you know what each one does.)  That aside, I am pretty sure we are going to purchase 2 of them.
