Good morning, medical friends:

I have a general question for you. One of my various tasks here is to verify
and format citations for articles in the American Journal of Nursing. We've
run up against one (and I'm not sure why this hasn't happened before) that
is a JCAHO page, but it's dynamically generated, and can't be cited as a
URL. I don't know of any style form with a special section for instructions
like "go to jcaho.org and click here, and then type such and such in the
box..." Do you have any suggestions as to how one might cite such a thing? I
need to have a style rule for it, and I'd like as much input from others in
the know as possible.

I will be happy to summarize if anyone is interested.

Happy Friday,
