The byline of Tropical Hummers hadd me thinking about a species I saw about
two years ago in St Lucia. While there, we were often treated to visits by
several hummers that had an iridescent green crest on their heads. They
were larger than our typical ruby throats. Does anyone know what they might
have been?

Female Ruby-Throat at one of our two feeders as I write this. She
scared another female/juvie off of the other feeder a few minutes ago.
