   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Tonight: South Wind 15 to 20 knots. Waves 2 to 3 feet. occasional rain
   showers. Visibility reduced to 3 to 5 miles.
   Thursday: South Wind 10 to 20 knots, becoming west. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
   A chance of showers, with visibility 3 to 5 miles.
   Thursday Night: West To northwest wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 3
   feet. A chance of showers early. Visibility unrestricted.
   Friday: Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 95.80
   feet. The water temperature was 67 degrees.

   The ultraviolet index for Thursday is a 4. This is in the low
   category.
