A brief review of spotter reports throughout NY, especially the southern
tier higher elevations south of Buffalo over towards Binghamton and then
into the Catskills show that many places are reporting snow this morning!

Greene and Ulster Counties (Catskills ski resorts area) have many towns
reporting snow such as Tannersville and Ashland. Here's a report from the
National Weather Service in Buffalo:

...EARLY SEASON SNOWFALL IN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY NEW YORK...

TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENTS HAVE REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES
OF SNOW FELL LATE LAST NIGHT AND EARLY THIS MORNING IN THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS OF NORTHERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY. ROADS WERE BEING SANDED IN
THE TOWNS OF CHERRY CREEK AND ARKWRIGHT...AND THE VILLAGE OF
SINCLARIVILLE IN THE TOWN OF CHARLOTTE.

Now, it's Vermont's time.
