   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Tonight: West Wind 15 to 20 knots this evening, decreasing to 10 to 15
   knots around midnight. Waves 2 to 3 feet, subsiding to 1 to 2 feet. A
   slight chance of showers until midnight, with visibility generally
   unrestricted.
   Monday: Northwest wind 5 to 10 knots. Waves a foot or less. A chance
   of sprinkles in the afternoon, with visibility generally unrestricted.
   Monday Night: Northwest wind 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest. waves a
   foot or less.
   Tuesday: Southwest wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 95.26
   feet. The water temperature was 58 degrees.

   The ultraviolet index for tomorrow, October 6th is a 2. This is in the
   minimal category.
