   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Today: Light and variable wind, becoming north 5 to 10 knots. waves
   around 1 foot. Occasional rain which may reduce visibility to less
   than 3 miles at times.
   Tonight: Wind becoming light out of the west. Waves around 1 foot.
   occasional rain ending around midnight. Visibility 3 to 5 miles at
   times.
   Tuesday: Light wind becoming south at 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 95.38
   feet. The water temperature was 50 degrees.
