tracheostomy and fasting.

I am resending this post because I got a message saying it was not posted.

I got a request for a search from an anesthesiologist for NPO guidelines for
preoperative fasting for tracheostomy.  I have searched Medline, CINAHL,
even Google.  I'm not having much luck.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Did
anyone else receive no results like me?
