My name is Alisha Francis and I am a graduate student in the Organizational Psychology program at Saint Louis University. I am currently conducting research about individualsí considerations when deciding whether or not to pursue employment with an organization. The purpose of this e-mail is to ask for your help in that research. If you are currently seeking employment, or recently completed a job search, I need your input ñ in the form of responses to an Internet-based survey. Additional information about the survey is included below.
