This morning while bemoaning the appearance of HOUSE SPARROWS and STARLINGS
(which I normally do not get because I only feed sunflower seeds) , I was
surprised by a male RED-BELLIED WOODPECKER - a first at my feeders.

Also entertaining along with all this snow and sunshine:
BLUEJAYS
CHICKADEES
WHITE BREASTED NUTHATCH
TUFTED TITMICE
JUNCOS
HOUSE FINCHES (2 so far)

Am hoping to attract some of those siskins and redpolls that some of you
others are reporting! Also no regular cardinals here yet this year.
