Description:
This Skill-building seminar develops competencies in assisting individuals
with disabilities to secure employment while also working with community
businesses in meeting their labor needs.

Topics include:
~Conducting person-centered job searches
~Negotiating job offers, job accommodations and supports
~Expanding opportunities through job creation
~Managing the process and evaluating outcomes
