Poutine merits a full page article in yesterday's paper of record.
Sorry, no link to the sign up page available here, but it was at page A3
in my printed version.

"... the really big culinary news is that poutine is becoming haute
cuisine". Apparently, people are no longer embarassed about eating
poutine and nouvelle poutine is showing up on menus in Montreal. Not to
mention, BKs and McDs in Quebec.
