   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Today: Northwest wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet. A chance of
   rain or snow showers in the morning, with visibility generally
   unrestricted.
   Tonight: Southwest wind 10 knots, becoming south late. Waves around 1
   foot. A chance of rain showers after midnight, possibly restricting
   visibility to 5 miles at times.
   Wednesday: South Wind 15 to 20 knots. Waves 2 to 3 feet. A chance of
   showers, possibly restricting visibility to 5 miles at times.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock is at
   97.90 feet. The water temperature is 41 degrees.
