Meetings for Beginning Farmers and Farm Interns Cedar Circle Farm and Valley Food and Farm have organized a series of meetings this summer for Beginner Farmer and Farm Interns. These meeting will consist of a topical farm tour and an informal potluck dinner. -The goals of the project are both educational and social--- to give apprentices and new farmers more exposure to local farmers and different types of operations, and to help build social networks while introducing them to the local culture of farming. All sessions will be 4:00 7:00 PM. -Were estimating farm tours and questions will take 1-1.5 hours.
