Subject: [VTBIRD] bird in net

Yesterday I had a bird caught in the net over my blueberries (it was
freed successfully) which was unfamiliar to me. It was mostly a fairly
dark gray, but had a black cap down the middle of its head and the
tailfeathers and beak were black also. The most distinctive feature
was a cluster of coppery brown feathers under the tail. It was about
the size of a robin, perhaps a bit smaller. Can you experts out there
help me? Thanks. mary S. Duxbury
