Dear Listmembers,

A friend at Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife asked me a question, in
which he was thinking to use stable oxygen isotopes in fish otoliths to
detect dissolved oxygen in the past because there are significant changes in
O2 between now and 40 years ago in Hood Canal, Washington State. Is that
possible?

Any ideas and comments would be greatly appreciated,
Yongwen
