I post an answer every year to this question. Here's the *general* summary.

1. New England/NY: poor - warm with a late start and early finish.
2. Quebec/Martimes: Far north areas great, especially late season
2. MASH: Writeoff.
3. Midwest: Writeoff
4. Canadian Rockies: Poorer than normal, especially Banff
5. Whistler/west BC: Crapshoot - big dumps interspersed with dry warm
periods
6. PNW: Varied, but with more rain than normal
7. Wyoming/Montana/Northern Colorado: Usually about normal
8. Utah: Varied, but can be much better than normal
9: Southern Colorado/NM: much better than normal
10: Tahoe/Mammoth: Late start, then spectacular
