Hey! (I'm sorry that this is a repeat message for many of you, but a few new people have joined the list and I wanted to make sure everyone had this info.) For those of you who missed the meeting Monday, don't worry! We basically just talked about the program, filled out applications, and toured the office (nothing too spectacular). Next week IS important though! And this time we will have PIZZA for y'all!!! We will be formulating teams and designing curriculum for the first week of October! We'll have a few fun games and activities to help you get a jump start on your lesson plans. If you haven't already, PLEASE fill out a SEEDS application (you will find these outside the VIA office on a table...there is a blue sign pointing to the pile). Please fill these out and return them by Sept. 24th....which is TOMORROW. Please put them in the SEEDS mailbox (which is just inside the VIA door on the right...if the office is closed, then please pile them next to the blank apps.) Not to be scary with the capital letters and all, but we really need you to get these into us by then. This is the only way that we can guarantee you a spot at a school in a group of 1-2 other volunteers.
