This is for those of us who are "into" the extensive pre-op assessment for
some type of vein ablation, stripping, ambulatory phlebectomy, etc.  On
the local level, I've heard of many labs having similar experiences with
patient's becoming hypotensive during the upright/standing part of the
exam.  Is anyone routinely performing these assessments on expectant
mothers and if so, any problems?
