This is true, and Pedro definitely threw a stinker out there yesterday.
OTOH, won/loss records are largely out of the control of the pitcher
insofar as he generally relies on run support from his own team, or a
competent bullpent to ensure victory.  Pedro's W/L record is 10-9 with 10
no decisions vs. the Yankees.  Many of those losses and no decisions would
be wins if not for a lousy bullpen or lousy run support.  At the end of the
day, while Pedro isn't the guy he was in 1998-2000, since 1996 he still has
the lowest ERA of any starting pitcher against the Yankees.
