   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Today: Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. A slight
   chance of showers this morning, then a chance of rain late. visibility
   unrestricted.
   Tonight: Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots, becoming south and increasing
   to 10 to 20 knots overnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Rain and fog, with
   visibility reduced to 2 miles in heavier precipitation.
   Saturday: South Winds 15 to 25 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet. A chance of
   showers, with visibility unrestricted.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock is 96.14
   feet, and the water temperature is 57 degrees.
