Dear Medlibbers: To what extent, if any, does the Library in your institution contribute to service excellence? Of course I know you all know it does, does your institution? And if so how did/do they measure that? For example, "The Library helped us achieve Magnet Status", or we are a Baldrige winner because of the contributions of the Library", and so forth.
