Facilitating Workplace Supports Description: This seminar teaches employment staff to work in partnership with employers, coworkers and other natural supports to assist employees with disabilities to succeed in community jobs. Participants learn to identify and enlist natural company resources for training and support, to adopt a consultant approach rather than a traditional "job coach" approach, and to effectively include an employee into the culture of the workplace.
