   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast

   Today: Northwest winds around 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.
   Tonight: Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming light and variable
   after midnight. Waves less than 1 foot. A chance of showers after
   midnight, with visibility remaining unrestricted.
   Wednesday: Light and variable winds early, becoming north at 5 to 10
   knots. Waves 1 foot or less. A chance of showers, with visibility
   remaining unrestricted.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 98.36
   feet, and the water temperature was 43 degrees.
