Last time I really had a chance to look Wildcat was limited in its water
capacity, and IIRC they do own some land but it's over adjacent to the
Mount Washington Stage base.  Fahgeddaboudit if you're thinking that the
Forest Service would allow them to do any development adjacent to the base
area.
