So we should make the total bill for a million dollar mansion the same as for a doublewide?  I think keeping the rates the same is more equal.

That's the issue, Chris. Killington would be HAPPY to contribute
EQUALLY.  Killington and towns like it are forced by state law to
contribute UNEQUALLY.
