So works a little slow today, and I just noticed this.

"The operation is situated on 225 acres of an 800-acre leasehold of US
Forestry Service land."

Which makes me wonder, where does the other 575 acres lay, and what
rights do the owners of Wildcat have to it?  Seems to me that
development in that area would be highly desirable, and even a small
amount would have a lot of potential.
