Thanks Bryan, those three 'European Skippers' were indeed Least Skippers.  I had in fact identified them as such but checked my tally sheet as 'European' in error being surprised to find them after a few week's hiatus.  Turning to Glassberg's phenogram I noted the resurgence of Least Skippers in August and so was assured of the identification
