Here is a list of all the events, with a little discription. Keep in mind that
these are free and open to all residential students!

All Hallows Eve: Wiccan speaker will explain her way of life and religion, and
how she celebreates Halloween. Snacks will be provided

Scariest Lobby/Lounge Contest: $50 will be given to each CAB as an incentive to
participate on this event. Decorate a lobby or lounge, then the judges will
decide which complex has the scariest lobby/lounge. A $100 prize will be given
to the winning CAB. If you are asking your self...what to do after the lobby
has been decorated? Anything you want! Envite the students on your clompex to
celebrate a sub free Halloween!

Bingo: Play Bingo, win prizes. Snacks will be provided!

ALANA Breakfast: Every friday morning ALANA has a free breakfast for students,
each week it is sponsered by a different club/organization on campus! So thats
what we want to do. Cook breakfast for students and explain a little more about
what IRA is/does to them!

Cultural Thanksgiving: THIS EVENT WILL NOT HAVE THIS NAME. Learn what cultures
around the world celebreate during late November with a buffet! Free food and
social awereness!

Can Drive: The money allocated for this event will be for publicity and
transportation of the goods collected. All cans(or other items) that are
donated will go towards a charity or fund.

NEACURH: New England Association for Colleges and Universities Residence Halls.
Every year IRA has to go to the conference. 4 E-Board members will be attending
as well as 4 IRA leasons and the IRA advisor. There they will learn what other
colleges are doing for programing, and get ideas about publicity. The money
will be for transportation and the tuition fee for the conference, which will
take place in Cornell this year.

Pajama Party: Go to a dance party wearing your PJs. There will be people at the
door making sure people are dressed approprietly. Free food will be available.
A great way to encorouge a sub free night!

Just Deserts: They only thing being served at this event will be...deserts! All
CABa and RAs will be invited. Bring your Rally Roos to this event so you can
"buy" an assortment of things! Meet other CABs and RAs. Great bonding and
appreciation opportunity!

Appreciation Days: They vary from RAs, RDs, Office Managers, Housekeeping, CAB,
IRA, and so on. Show the people that are always there for you how much you
care. Money will go towards either goodie bags, breakfast, or any other thing
of that sort.

Physical Plant: Money is allocated to the Physical Plant department IN CASE they
charge us for any thing during the year. IE: cleaning after an event, demages,
etc.

Co-Sponsorships: $1200 dolars is left for Co-Sponsorships for this semester.
Keep in mind that $3000 has ALREADY been giving to Co-Sponsorships this year in
the begining of the semester.

Thanks,
