The ICAVL  is vascular whereas ACR is the flag radiology departments fly under for vascular as well as other modalities.

Does anyone know the difference between ICAVL accrediation and ACR.  Is one better than the other.  Also does anyone know of any people or agency that can help you with getting accredited.  I know a Dr. who is starting up his own lab.  Thanks for any help.
