Only one American in this list.   Read in Ski Racing that Ted has been 
giving Bode a run for his money in training.  One of the coaches was qouted 
as saying "Bode doesn't like to loose".   Ted is off to a heck of a start.
He was one place ahead of Bode after the first run. (8 - 9).
