I received a call yesterday from another librarian to
whom I had send an article from Age & Ageing.  Her
patron had contacted her because the article referred
to supplemental data that could be found online. 
Unfortunately, we only subscribe to the hard copy, and
as you may guess, the supplemental data had to be
purchased.
