Could anyone share if they have created a "Patient Portal" such as:
"...a secure system for patients to access their online medical
information; communicate with clinicians; handle financial transactions;
track medications, etc."?

If you have such a system:
--what information is provided?
--how do patients reach it?
--is it available only for in-patients?
--how is security handled?
--how is it monitored?
