On Saturday the 18th, with the temperature hovering right around 0 degrees,
I noticed a flock of approximately 25 cedar waxwings in a crabapple tree
across from the Kellogg-Hubbard library in downtown Montpelier.  Upon closer
inspection, I also found two American Robins sitting on the ground below the
tree.
