Celebrate Women's History Month in Vermont
"Women Work" photographic exhibit and opening reception,
"Women Work" Photo exhibit

State House Cafeteria 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
This is a
collaborative exhibit of the Vermont Women's History Project of
the Vermont Commission on Women
and Mary Claire Carroll, photographer.
"Women At Work 1800 - 1984" - sponsored by the Vermont Women's
Project, this exhibit was produced by the Vermont Division of the
Assoiciaton of University Women. The photographs in this exhibition
represent Vermont women's daily work and accomplishments in the home,
the farm, in industry, education, medicine, politics, in the arts and
non-traditional occupations. The exhibit is on loan from Karen
