hey natalia,
i thought we should do something in the parade for killer coke, like maybe dress up as coke cans (paint garbage cans or something).  anyway, the parade planning is happening today at 4, can anyone go to represent killer coke/sfpgj?  we should also brainstorm some activities for earth week itself- those activities have to be submitted by march 31st.

thanks,
emily

Hello all!    As earth week draws near, we have a lot of work to do as
I am sure you are all aware. Here specifically though I am calling upon
interested individuals to help with the design and production of the parade. At this point it is a concept that needs a bit more brainstorming. My vision has included a very creative and intellectually arousing event. I do not want this to fall apart into some poorly organized creation with costumes that were pulled together at the last minute. In addition, I feel it will work best if it is not arbitrarily arranged. Undoubtedly, it should have a cohesive quality to it with a strong social and/or environmental message. My hopes are to create something similar to what Bread and Puppet has done in the past. If you are not familiar with this, check out this site( http://www.breadandpuppet.org/[1]) or just search for "Bread and Puppet" on the web. We will need lost O people, paper mache and other materials for puppet making, so if any one is an amazing artist, puppeteer or just wants to do some of art stuff, we would love your help!

We are planing to meet this Wednesday at 4:00 pm in the lobby out side
of the recital hall in Southwick hall on Redstone. Please come
join and kick your ideas around with us!
