While filling the feeders yesterday (15 March 2006) for the impatient chickadees, I heard the bark-like calls of SNOW GEESE flying overhead.  I scanned the sky to try to get a count, but was unable to find them with the low, gray cloud cover.  At the feeders, at least two PINE SISKINS are still present, along with the chickadees, titmice, and both nuthatch species.
