Subject: Persistent Sexual Arousal
Syndrome Imaging
I hope that everyone has
their thinking caps on.
I have scanned many men
over the years with problems related to sexual dysfunction. Just for
something different, we have a young woman who will be attending for an
ultrasound and she presents with vulval pain and hypersensitivity which is
relieved by orgasm. I believe this is referred to as Persistent Sexual
Arousal Syndrome….every mans dream, every woman’s nightmare!
Does anyone have any
experience or suggestions with this (the imaging component of course) other
than a chaperon?
