Just returned from my semi-annual annual fishing trip to the NEK (don't ask).
While visiting Echo Lake in East Charleston on Wednesday, I was pleased to
find that a rather brazen pair of common loons had returned to the lake, as
well, presumably to perform their annual breeding ritual. I wished them good luck
before departing for the Willoughby River in Orleans.
