   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast:

   Tonight: Winds becoming light and variable. Waves subsiding to near
   calm. A slight chance of showers before midnight. Visibility reduced
   to 5 miles at times in rain or fog. 
   Monday: North Winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves around 1 foot. 
   Monday Night: Winds becoming south around 5 knots. Waves less than 1
   foot. 
   Tuesday: South Winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock in
   Burlington is 98.93 feet, and the water temperature is 42 degrees.

   The ultraviolet index for Monday, June 5 is a 8. This is in the very
   high category.

   The higher summits forecast for Vermont and Northern New York:

   Monday: Partly sunny. Highs 50 to 55. North Winds 15 to 30 mph. 
   Tuesday: Partly sunny. Highs around 60. Variable winds around 5 mph.
