I've used both Gookinaid and Cytomax, and have found the former to be a better bang for my buck.  I can train my body to handle lactic acid, but I can't train it to replace electrolytes...

Meh.  I'll take a ready-to-drink (as in, not powdered) product that
actually speeds the transfer of lactic acid out of your muscles and into
your bloodstream to be used as energy by your body.  Look up alpha-L
polylactate and Dr. George Brooks (Cal-Berzerkely) and get back to me.
This "hydralite" or whatever it's called doesn't impress.
