Unfortunately, in Hinesburg they can't get a mailing address without proof
they live in the town. Many people are coming in to get on the checklist so
they can get a P.O. box! It is a catch 22, especially for renters.

I won't do it unless they are on my grandlist or show mail with their
name and address on it.

I love how this was effective July 1, and the letter is dated 7/13!

I like the way they say a "simple signed and dated statement". What of
we do not know the people as they say they just moved to town?
