Actually, I was wondering if it is OK for someone else besides me to do it as they want to do it at the Selectboard meeting, so we were wondering if a selectboard member could do it.

Yes, he must take an oath--it is a special one for police officers.  If you give me your FAX number, I'll fax it to you.
