TEAM LEADER - EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES Seeking a highly organized and energetic individual with experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness to provide leadership and supervision to our Employment and Support Services. Responsibilities include program oversight, training and education of staff and assuring that grant requirement(s) are met. Must have strong commitment to the recovery of individuals with psychiatric symptoms, work well in a team environment, and be knowledgeable of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model for employment services.
