Do you or your staff know the latest techniques to help people with disabilities find and keep jobs? Could your agency benefit from "hands on" training in job development? This Customized Employment training teaches innovative approaches to employment professionals who want to expand their skills delivering quality employment services to people with disabilities.

By attending this training, participants will learn to:
Develop an individualized employment plan.
Use various creative techniques to discover all the strengths, abilities, and interests of job seekers.
Individualize the employment relationship between a job seeker or employee and an employer in ways that meet the needs of both.
Match the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the job candidate with a disability with the identified business needs of the employer.
Create job opportunities for individuals with a range of skills and abilities.

Trainees are expected to attend all sessions. Lunch will not be provided with the workshop fee. Lunch will be on your own, in the community, as part of the curriculum.

The fee for this four-day training is: $100.00
