Hello and Happy Holidays.  Regarding the 8% penalty as pay for the collector of delinquent taxes.  For the collectors that receive the whole 8%, does the town provide the collector with office supplies, i.e. stamps, paper, envelopes, print cartridges?   Thanks,  Nancy
