There's a lot of gorgeous stuff out here besides the obvious Wasatch, from the azure waters of Bear Lake, to the starkly barren west desert, to the red slickrock, to canyon country. It's hard to believe so many different topographies are crammed into one state's boundaries.

This may sound sacreligious, but I almost prefer the summers here. The expression "Came for the winters, stayed for the summers" has never been more appropos.
